Background:
Tensions between Muslim extremist and government forces have existed since long before the country acquired bio chem weapons. Once both sides acquired bio chem weapons, the tension between the two sides reached a boiling point.
An Abusayaf terrorist sleeper cell located in Visayas recently came to life. With the help of numerous terrorist-style bombings of significant, heavily-populated locations, some of the cell members attacked several government installations.
During the attack, the cell members discovered a Generals top-secret equivalent of the United States' "ebola virus". The cell members acquired the necessary operational codes for the virus from the General, by means of torture, before brutally executing him and his aids. The terrorist cell escaped to a secluded airstrip with the "virus" and took off in a single-prop plane heading for Luzon.
That plane never made it to Luzon. Due in part to constantly-updating satellite imagery technology controlled by the US Government, the ISAF has found what appears to be the smoldering wreckage of a small plane in an isolated area of jungle in Benguet.
The Philippine government is currently in a state of chaos and turmoil due to the attacks and cannot move to secure the virus. It is in the United States' best interest to secure Philippines bio chem progpram, return it to the Philippine Gov.
A special task force has been sent to secure the virus suitcase, but the extremist has also sent their own special task force to take the virus suitcase.
Currently, neither task force has reached the crash site or the virus suitcase,but both know exactly where it is...
Basic Gameplay:
Two teams -- Government Task forces /\ Extremist Task Force -- equal respawn time for both.
The "virus suitcase" will be placed at a point equidistant from both spawn points. The "virus suitcase" will be located by a red marker.
When a team member reaches the suitcase, the member must place the marker inside the case before moving the suitcase. Once the marker is inside and the case is securely shut, the team in possession of the football must get it back to spawn.
If the team member carrying the suitcase is hit, he must set the case down [after calling out "HIT!"], remove the marker, and close the case before moving to his/her respawn point.

The team who makes it back to spawn with the suitcase wins. No time limit. The marker should always be conspicuous when the suitcase is at rest.
