AEG problem: gun firing but no BBs coming out...

History of my AEG before the problem aroused:
here's my gearbox:

1. stock gun: not yet opened: the gun was firing okay....
2. opened gun: reasons: low velocity:
a. i suspect air leak from the piston and cylinder, so;
b. i opened and performed manual check of the cylinder: i blocked the air nozzle with my thumb while pushing the piston all the way and found out that it went straight ahead as if no airlock inside the cylinder...
c. dismantled the piston body (all) and reseated it...
d. reassembled it and manual check: OK, it got pressure from that moment... so continued reassembling it..
3. test fired 1 full mag(fully winded), with the fully charged battery on single and auto firing mode and is OKAY!!!... a little improvement ..!!

4. after consuming 1 mag, i kept it aside since i have no BBs on stock so i re-stock another bag.
5. after 1 week, then (here goes the problem) upon returning with the BBs and fully charging the battery, placed the full clip on.. fired BUT no BBs came out...!!!
6. the gun actually is firing with air coming out but no BBs to fall out...
7. upon (SAFETY FIRST!!) looking inside the barrel on the Hop-up area.. i found out that the BB seated to be fired was not correctly "fitted " exactly on the barrel to which the air should pushed it out... kung baga.. naka angat siya kaya above the barrel...

What could have caused it...?

disalignment of hop chamber to gearbox. from the looks of your gearbox mp5 pdw ba yan? tama ba? ung innerbarrel mo ba extended length siya?

yeah....now your PROBLEM gets AROUSED....amazing

my plastic lock siya sa loob parang clip lang un ang naghohold ng hopchamber, siguro hindi masyado nailock ung hopchamber, siguro noong pagkainsert mo ng magazine doon nadisalign ung chamber dahil hindi siya nakalock ng maayos. or one cause is ung extended barrel mo, siguro na accidentaly mo ginalaw causing a disalignment., kaya pag extended barrel lagi mo takpan ng supresor wag mo laruin gun mo na exposed ung extended inner barrel niya.

i found the fix on my gun:

i overlooked the rim on the air nozzle
kaya pala walang lumalabas na BBs kasi
walang mag"chamber" ng BBs sa hop-chamber....

so it was functional again..!!!
