Magandang Araw sa Lahat ng Opisyal at Kasapi ng B.A.G

Mga sir/maam kamakailan lang ay may isang kasamahan po tayong na aksidente sa hindi sinasadyang pag kakataon at situasyon. at ngayon ay nasa ospital at na operahan at nag papagaling dahil sa kasmaang palad ay bali po ang buto niya sa hita. pero hindi naman po siya pinabayaan ng ating mga kasama.bagkos ay siya po ay sinamahan at inalalayan sa ospital. marami pong salamat sa ating mgakasamahan na tumolong.mabuhay kayo at patnubayan kayo ng may kapal.

Pero po ito ay isang panawagan para sa ating mga bagong upong lider ng ating samahan at mga kasamahan po nating nasa medikal na propesyon. na kung maari po sana na sa tuwing may laro po tayong B.A.G ay dapat po sana na may naka antabay na pang- unang lunas na kagamitan (FIRST AID KIT) at naka antabay na NURSE. para masiguro ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng bawat manglalaro. sa nang yari noong sabado ito po ay isang pang tawag gising sa bawat isa sa ating mang-lalaro. tayo po ay nag hahanda para sa ating pag lalaro pero dapat din sana ay handa din tayo sa ating EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT'S mga simpleng gagamitan pero mahalaga sa ating lahat para sa seguridad ng ating kapwa mga mang-lalaro kung may roon mang insidente na mang-yayari (wag sana pong pahintulotan ng ating Dios). ay handa po tayo sa ano mang situasyon.

ito po ay isang hamon para sa mga bagong lider ng ating samahan. ako poy na niniwala na ma pag planohan at matutugunan ng ating mga lider ang situasyon na ito.

simpleng mga bagay pero mahalaga.

CHECK NA RIN PO NATING MABUTI YUNG MGA FACE MASK NATIN AT BAKA MAY KAHINAAN NA. MAS MABUTI PONG GUMASTOS NG KONTI PARA SA SEGURIDAD NATIN, ANG IMPORTANTA SAFE PO TAYO sa lahat ng laro. inu-ulit ko po, dagdagan natin ang pagi-ingat sa tuwing maglalaro tayo ng AIRSOFT.

INSURANCE? sa tate Oo!!lahat meron, d2 maski sa Mt. bike club namin di sila pumayag sa insurance ksi extreme sport daw..and airsoft falls under this category, na kabaliktaran sana kung mas delikado dapat may insurance pero di sila pumapayag d2 sa Pinas.. With regards sa monthly napagusapan na yan. 50/mo. basta marami mag bayad ok na rather than 100,or 150/mo. tas konti lng magbabayad kaya ok na yung 50...and sa nadisgrasya na kasamahan natin kahit konti palang funds natin meron parin tau naiabot na 2k. kaya wala na tau problema d2...sa precinto nlng ako magpapaliwanag....hehehe damputin nyo na po ako....

Komrad Suave, ano na naman ba kaso mo?
Tama ang sinabi ni Mr.Suave, walang Insurance firm na nagbibigay insurance sa mga extreme games. Isa pa itong kadahilanan kong bakit dati sa BAG, bago tayo maglaro ay may wiever na binibigay sa mga manlalaro at pinipirmahan mo if above 18 years old ka, kong below ka naman, dapat pirmado naman ng guardian. This is for you to acknowledge that you know thr risk at protection na rin sa ating organization.
Nakalimutan na rin yata natin ito dahil wala na rin tayo mga wievers.

in the absence of an insurance sir, if i may, can we set up a definite amount that would be set aside from our fund that would garnish the injured player in an event of an accident ... mas maganda sana kung may braket tayo ng pwede natin iabot depende sa extent ng injury ..

with regards sa monthly due i still move na sana annual nalang sya para kahit ung mga asa baba pwede minsanan nalang ang bayaran at that way may general appropriation na taung maggamit sa mga proj natin for the whole year bawas pa ng sakit ng ulo at samaan ng tingin sa naniningil ..

sa waivers naman, ang question ko incase of contention ba itong mga waivers ba na ito ay valid under the law?? un lang nmn po ... just incase ..

sa mga officers nmn, wala po kami sinisisi lahat tayo isa lang gusto mapaganda ang bag lalo kung may lapses tayo before lets learn from it and at the same time draw good inspiration from it para me maganda tayong output.. diba mga sir ????

Good point everybody! but in the past 3years of BAG hosting airsoft we had never encountered such accident, though we don't neglect the fact that this may happen anytime. But one thing for sure is that prevention and protection is better than Cure..In knowing how to prevent yourselves from gettin into serious trouble, and protecting yourselves with quality gears when indulging into this sport, you are already contributing to the group, by NOT giving your fellow players or BAG itself additional responsibilities and liabilities in the event of unwanted accidents. Accidents can always be prevented as long as you play safely. Avoid being a burden to the group as much as possible.

In the case of our wounded soldier, he never thought of this to happen but this can be a reminder for the group to double check your gears, familiarize the terrain before jumping into any kind of foxhole you may see, always check for hazards, and review on gun safety and handling. With skills and knowledge of these simple tips. your well equipped and good to GO soldier..........

WAIVER? I guess we all know what's in it, It's simply to protect the group (BAG) from any liabilities or legal issues that may be brought about, in case something happens to you during the game. that's all there is!! It's still up to you to protect your (edited for using french) in fact this consumes time during registration, waste of paper and money, not bad if these waivers include a statement regarding our safety and assurance, unfortunately we don't have it. so It's useless for us, useful for BAG though, but I guess no one here's gonna sue BAG for your own clumsiness or misfortune...It's an extreme sport HELLO!! Remember we play at our own RISK!!!!!

Always Be Conscious with the rules, instructions and the conditions obtaining on the ground. On this note, I suggest that one of the main respoinsibility of the gamesite coordinator is to be familiar with the vegetation, terrain and other surprise-bearing condition in the area. These should be communicated to the players before the game commences

As to the waiver ...liability of the group ...mahaba-habang usapan...sa meeting na lang

Aside from the group's first aid kit, maybe we can also ask each player to have with him some things that he can administer to himself should an emergency crop up, like a bottle of alcohol, Bandaid (dunno the generic term), a bandage, a small bottle of Betadine, etc. Most of us naman are using the six pockets pair of pants, while in some they have the multi-pocket vests, so idagdag na lang sa baon natin, kumbaga pandagdag porma.

Praying for the early recovery of our comrade. Guys... be sure to pray for our saafety before we strat our games.

Sir Papang nasabi u po ng maganda lahat sir personal na safety dapat meron tayo lahat lalo pang may mga youth and young adult players tayo katulad natin.hehehehehe

wag lang nating isa sa B.A.G responsibilidad let us do our share "MALIIT NA BAGAY PERO MAHALAGA" palaging magbaon ng pang-saliling first aid. kasi hindi naman natin masabi n completo ang gamit ng first aid ng B.A.G pero sabi ni sir tata kokompletohin natin ang mga gamit pero p kunti kunti.

tumatanggap po kami ng mga donation regarding sa first aid equipments like bandage ,alcohol,hydrogen peroxide(AGUA OXINADA), plaster, band aid, bandage scissor (GUNTING), simple medicine's paracetamol, imoduim, mefinamic aid.
WAG PO PERA ANG IBIGAY NYO PO. para maiwasan ntin ang issue patongkol sa pera.

dahil sa kukunti lng po ang funds natin s B.A.G kahit itong mga bagay lang po eh. baka pwedeng pag tulongan nlng natin mga sir at maam.

Mga Sirs, dati rati may form tyo nun na finifill upon but di kya natin ibalik un. or para masmatipid sa papel. isang form na waiver at pipirma lahat ng maglalaro sa araw nayun then file natin for safekeeping.

meron sa Red Cross... magmember lang kayo. 1 year insurance rin iyon.

plus, pwede na rin kayong magtraining ng Basic Life Support and Standard First Aid Training. you don't need to be a nurse para makakuha dun.
