3rd BAG Anniversary Suggestions/Proposals

July 12 2010 will be BAGs 3rd Year Anniversay and it falls on a Monday.

Pls. post your suggestions, recommendations and proposals on how we should celebrate it.

i suggest we'll have a meeting for the up coming event to ensure a well organized event.

Sir Dodi sugestion lang po sa 3rd anniversary ng BAG kung lang

sa bago nating game site doon sa old house maganda na venue

doon. malaki ang place kunting linis lang and ayos doon

maganda na ang place.

and if ever po sunday po sana pra completo po lahat ng

members and there families as well pra family day na din

natin...pra mas masaya....

Contribution nalang po cguro starting contribution cguro mga

Let's set the meeting (date) na po.

1. Agree with Sir Echobrain, contributions for food and drinks (wala pa tayong funds), depende po ito kung gaano karami meals natin (lunch, dinner, merienda, inuman)
2. Venue: Dito sa Baguio nalang, para walang rason iyong mga hindi nakakapunta sa Pugo, hehe. Kahit isama pa ang family,
3. Program: Game in the morning, Fellowship at night.

mahirap kung ganyan sir yobs baka mamaya sabhin ndi na naman isinali ang mga suggestions ng mga ibang member. baka sabihin na officers na naman ang nag decision, pagmulan pa ng controversy.

agree kaya dapat sa general meeting or meeting present lahat ng BAG members if they cant attend meron naman cellphone for communication or tong website to coordinate with the said suggestions

This sat. after the game pwede na tayong mag set ng meeting, then the next day ( sun. ) after the game ulit para naman iyun sa hindi naka attend ng meeting ng sat. bale dalawang beses ang meeting, para walang alibay na hindi sila makaka attend. in case na approved itong suggestion ko sa inyong lahat, pwede ng mag group text si sir doddie para ma inform sa lahat ng mambers ang plano.

PANO ANG MGA MEMBERS NA HINDI NA NAKAKATANGGAP NG GROUP TXT... I BELIEVE BAG MEMBERS PA RIN SILA.

ung meeting ng officers na sinasabi ko....they will have to take into consideration the suggestion that were posted here...it is understood that they first have to meet, before they meet us,ok...to decide and discuss what their plans are...


then later, they can meet all the members of BAG to discuss their final plans

Regarding po sa sinabi ni sir yobski kanina tama po yung suggestion nya. let the leaders of the organization meet muna and talk it out first. especially mga topic na dapat pagtuunan ng pansin.

and it is the proper way naman po . at para maging maayos at may systema ang pag pupulong natin pra sa gayun maiwasan natin dito yung mga mis-ubderstanding and maybe questions, topic and concerns na hindi alam
ng mga officers (CAUGHT OFF GUARD kung baga).yung lang po.

ok lang na mg pa general meeting samasama members and officers pero ang topic na pag uusapan ay yung anniversary po. i hiwalay muna natin yung internal affairs ng group.

lets focus muna sa birthday celebration ng B.A.G

agree din ako n pag usapan nalang ng mga officers muna internal affairs para sa gen meeting me maayos tayong agenda at ang focus eh sa anniv natin monce a year mlang nmn yan eh kaya sana medyo paghandaan natin, magandang incentive nadin to sa mga newbie para makita nmn nila kung pano tayo gumalaw as a group, in turn mas magiging active sila hopefully.

parang reunion at acquaintance nadin to kaya sana mas marami mas masaya..

Ask ko lang sana kung may paraffle ulit hehhehhehhe inaabangan kasi talaga ng grupo yun eh at after party para sa mga "MAHILIG SA SABON" heheh masaya kasi yun wakekkekekkeke...


more power to us all.. time flies by so quickly but our friendships and brotherhood(sisterhood in some cases hahha) remains ... yan ang BAG!!

isu garud sir, baka ibaga dan to manen nga nagplano ti officers ti "final plan" dan ket di da naisurot ti brainstorming.

IMHO.my point here is to involve everyone. from the start of the plan until we reach a final plan. para atleast walang magcomplain about final decisions. baka mamaya pagkatapos ng usapan at nakapagdecide na lahat, andami na namang usap usapan na kesyo ganto ganun. just to make sure, para naman sana maging maayos na kung may problema man ang grupo.

e ang problema....di naman sila nag-aattend ng meeting...kaya wala sila karapatang mag-reklamo
