Here are some battle scenarios that are simple to set up. I am quite sure the BAG veterans have played some of these scenarios or their variations already.

I have tried most of these too in my original team and they are fun.

The original Battle scenario is borrowed from the website Airsoft Retreat where we can all visit and learn from (Thanks CISF).

Lets try these out...and spice up the skirmishes:

Set and Capture
There are 10 marked areas. In the game there are two teams. The game timer is set to 10 minutes. During the ten minutes each team’s objective is trying to take over the 10 areas. To take over an area they would put there team color duct tape strip on the ground. If the other team captures an area they put their mark on it. The team with the most areas marked at the end wins.

Gateway
A starting point for the game is decided. One smaller team's objective is to come through one "gateway" then a mission to accomplish and then have to get back through the ending "gateway" to complete your mission. One small team tries to complete the mission and a larger force tries to stop them.

V.I.P (Escort)
There are two teams and one V.I.P. The two teams consist of bodyguards and assassins. For groups with 1-4 people have 1 assassin. With teams consisting of 5-10 people have 2 assassins. With 11-20 people have 3 assassins and so on. The Bodyguards try to protect the president on their trip form point A to point B. The objective is to get the president safely from A to B. The bodyguards and assassins each have 2 hits till death. The president however, has only 1 hit till he dies.

Border Crossing
There is a set border line on the field. Team A tries to cross the border without getting caught. Medics are available (1 per team). If you get caught you have to go into the other teams “jail”. The medic can rescue you from jail. There can be free take backs or no free take backs for the medic and the P.O.W. If the medic is captured you can still play but cannot rescue each other. The ways to win are A- kill off the other team and put them in jail or B- successfully have everyone cross the border without casualties.

Assault
Team A defends a circular base in a particular area. Their job is to defend the base at all costs. The base guarders each have 3 hits on them. The attackers however, only have two hits before death. This skirmish is more useful with 1-2 snipers. To win you must kill off the other team.

Modified CTF (Capture the Flag)
Start the game with team bases on each end of your playing field. Each base has a flag in it, and there is also a flag in the middle of the playing area. All flags are different colors. The first team’s objective is to get all three flags back to their base wins. Use the one shot kills rule, and have a respawn point somewhere not close to any of the bases or middle flag. If someone who has a flag is killed, they must leave the flag where they die, creating new points to find the flag. That way if you kill someone you can get the flag in their base.

This scenario has the potential to last a long time, and would with 5 people on each team. You have to worry about defending, getting a middle flag, and attacking another base all at once .Planning is important in this game. You have to decide how much of your squad to send to get a flag, and how much to defend. It creates some interesting battles.

Bomb Plant
For the bomb plant skirmish there are multiple ways of winning and uses either 4 to 5ten players on each team. The objective for team A is to plant the bomb or kill off the other team. If the bomb detonates (3 minute detonation time) team A wins. If team B kills off team A or defuses the bomb(10 second defuse time) team B wins. There is a three hit kill and if you die you just lay down till the skirmish is over.

The Hostage
For this game the teams consist of two terrorists and up to 5 counter terrorist units. There is also a hostage. The objective of the game is to take out the terrorists without them killing you. Once you kill off the terrorists you must secure the hostages. To secure the hostage you must untie/tag him to free him the securing time is 10 seconds. If the terrorists kill off the counters then the match is over. This type of game usually takes awhile and is great for setting ambushes.
