TRIGGER HAPPY ISSUE

Hello to all my fellow airsoft players (and I mean lahat, kahit ibang teams)!

I am posting this issue solely for the purpose of asking people to please be considerate of other players and to stick to the rules of the game.

I have voiced this concern during the meeting, but I know many were not there. So let me voice it out once again.

This issue is about being shot even after you've yelled, "HIT!"

I know some players may be a little slow in reacting or that the shooter (or shooters) may not have heard the cry.

That is understandable.

However, I mingled another issue with the first. It's about being shot FROM BEHIND at CLOSE RANGE. As far as I know, when you're close to the opponent and his/her back is turned, just do single shots.

My squad mates have experienced this a few times but never complained and continued playing. They informed me about it though.

The frequency of these things is starting to get a little annoying already and I have heard many speak of the same experience.

Now, for my experience: My squad mate and I were walking back because it was already GAME OVER. Suddenly, I got shot FROM BEHIND at CLOSE RANGE! I even yelled HIT and raised my arms and gun. There was a short pause and then I was again bombarded with BB's from my waist to my head. I kept crying out hit and even people at the neutral zone were yelling for the shooter to stop.

I have the marks to prove my story. My squad mate was a witness and was also shot.

People tell me I should have turned around to get a glimpse of this player who does not know the meaning of the phrase "GAME OVER."

Baka nanggigil kase di pa sya nakakabaril tapos game over na.

I'm still an airsoft enthusiast and although I volunteered to be a marshall after that game (kase ang sakit talaga nung mga tama nun eh, lalo pag kumikiskis sa damit), I still played after that.

I just wish all (and again I mean EVERYONE) would follow the rules of the game and be considerate of other players.

MAS MASAYA kapag ganun, di ba, Fafis and Lolahs?

if your hit already while walking goin to the nuetral zone...say/yell "deaD man walking...check your fire"

if game over is commence...say/shout "game over...check your fire"

...siguro around less than five times pa ko naganyan in my entire airsoft escapades... karamihan friendly nga lang

Wala lang kase kameng chance magsigaw na ng game over nun kase talagang binabaril kame. Yung kasama ko na naiwan isisgaw pa lang nya nun eh pinagbabaril din daw siya.

Pero salamat din sa advice. Pag narinig ko na game over na, isisigaw ko ng malakas na malakas para walang excuse.

Siguro Alam Niyo Naman Po Kung Gaano Ako Kalakas Sumigaw Ng Hit. Ano Po Mga Kasama?? Itong Isang Team Member Nila Nahit Ako, Pagka Hit Sa Akin, "HIT" Sabi Ko Sabay Taas Ng Kamay. Ako Naman Akala Ko Ok Na, Aba'y Nangahas Pang Bumaril At Sumigaw Na Naman Ako Ng Mas Malakas Pa Sa Nauna Kung Hit. Ang Sagot Ba Naman Ng HAPPY TRIGGER "SUMIGAW KA KASI NG HIT"

Eh Ang Layo Lang Parang 10 - 15 meters. Tama Ba Naman Yun???

Parang Si Papadhie Sa Dalawang Braso Nya. Kasing Laki Ng Pigsa Ang Pasa, Nangingitim Sa HAPPY TRIGGER NG MGA TOH...

Natatawa lang ako dun sa bumaril sa akin kase close range na. Sigurado namang narinig nya akong nag-hit, di ba? Kase nag-pause pa siya ng konti bago ulit niya ako niratrat. Kala ko rin ok na eh.

AT kung di niya ako narinig, nakita naman na niya siguro na nakataas ang mga kamay ko at baril. (close range eh)

AT kung hindi pa niya alam na game over, bakit hindi niya napansin na naglalakad kame na paalis. Naglalakad na parang nasto-stroll sa Burnham Park?

Ayaw kong i-count niya ako sa mga napatay niya!

new player kaya yun mam sylver or one of the experienced? kung new player..ok lang pero pag experienced na...abay may intention talaga

nakadapa lng ako while trying to shoot again the player whom i already killed(tama ba?? nosebleed hehehe) mukng nasaktan pa nga kc parng kinilig sya hehe pero ayaw mgHIT eh.. nung nakita na ako naHIT ako sigaw ako HIT katabi ko lng marshal sumigaw dn ng HIT nung tumayu ako then tinaas ko baril ko binaril parin nila ako... buti na lng malau pero masakit parin kung d man nila narinig yung HIT bakt naman ako tatayo na nakataas baril tapus open pa....
sana namn THINK B4 U SHOOT... maliban lng pgnagulat ka talaga..

I agree with Navy Seal on the first statement (ang pikon ay laging talo) but I disagree with navyseal33 with the rest of the Statement (if you dont want pain, dont play the game..
part of the game..
blah blah blah..... ..)

Being shot at the back after Game is over then getting Hit over and over again after shouting hit is definitely not part of the game. I was guilty of this same sort of misbehaviour last week at Suello but I did apologize to my victim (shooting a player after Game is Over). I did this because I was already aiming at the person when they suddenly shouted Game Over. The foolishness in me took over and I made a short burst hitting the player at the back. I know there is no excuse for me to do that and I'm sorry for that foolish thing.

Its not acceptable that just because you know that in playing Airsoft, there is some pain involved you shouldn't complain if you get hurt. The fact is you are not complaining about the pain but how you got the pain. I never heard Sylvr complain about the pain of being shot legally! But being shot for the wrong reasons, I think her complains are justifiable. I would also complain and get angry if I were at in her situation. Even in Boxing, the boxer complains if he gets hurt when he is hit below the belt. He does not complain about the pain but how he got hit below the belt.

We should bring out this kind of issues so that those responsible would be informed of their actions.Hopefully we could identify the persons responsible for this kind of behaviours so we could do necesarry corrective actions. If only Sylvr could have identified that player then we could have talked to that person. We will emphasize this on our next games and hopefully, Sylvr will not be frustrated by this incident.

honestly, i didn’t read through the entire article, the minute i saw it was another 'issue', i just immediately posted a reply. i take back everything that i said during my last post, it was deliberately insensitive and was an impulsive statement. my apologies to sylver Ü

I hope u read my whole post. I wasn't talking about the other team that was in the hot seat before. I was talking about players who don't know how to follow the rules and who hit helpless opponents.(this can be anybody)

It's careless or trigger happy players I was talking about. Not anyone or any specific team.
