SUBJECT:MISSION ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST FOR 2ND PWC MILSIM GAMES

1. References:
a. Initial coordination with Special Project Delta Milsim team, Baguio Airsoft Group and PMA Wargaming club
b. Conduct of 1st Military Simulation games dated 08-09 November 2008
c. Verbal instructions from CPT Jose Regonay Jr PA, Club Adviser PWC, regarding the preparations for the 2nd MILSIM Games.
2. Anent above references, hereunder is the list of mission essential requirements for the participating groups of the 2nd MILSIM games:
a. 3 DAY FOOD RATION- PREFERABLY DRY RATIONS, MRE’S
b. HYDRATION GEARS- 2 1.5 LITER BOTTLES OR CAMELBAK
c. BASIC COMBAT GEAR- UNIFORM, BOOTS, 2-3 PAIRS SOCKS, EXTRA T-SHIRTS, MESS KIT, PONCHO/ RAIN GEARS, (OPTIONAL-TENT HAMMOCKS, UTILITY ROPES (12 FT, 8 MM) )
d. COMBAT PACKS, BACK PACKS
e. WEAPONS- RIFLES, GPMG’S, GRENADE LAUNCHERS, PISTOLS, AIRSOFT (GRENADES, SMOKE, PAINT/BB LANDMINES ETC ARE ALLOWED) LIMIT OF 450 FPS FOR RIFLES.
f. COMPASS, GPS, RADIOS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED NIGHT VISION EQUIPMENT ARE ALLOWED
g. PERSONAL MEDICINE KIT
h. EYE PROTECTION- MASKS, GOGGLES, BALISTIC EYEWEAR

SUBJECT: GENERAL GUIDELINES 2ND PMA WARGAMING CLUB MILSIM GAMES
TO: ALL INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS
GENEAL GUIDELINES FOR THE CONDUCT OF MILSIM GAMES
I SAFETY OF THE PARTICIPANTS IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE; THEREFORE EACH PARTICIPANT SHALL SEE TO IT THAT ALL SAFETY MEASURES ARE OBSERVED.
II THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE TO ANY PERSON FOUND UNFIT TO UNDERGO THE SIMULATION. PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT IS VOLUNTARY AND THE PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY UNTOWARD ACCIDENT THAT MAY HAPPEN BEYOND THE REASONABLE BOUNDARIES OF SAFETY SET FORTH BY THE ORGANIZERS.
III UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. AIRSOFT IS A GENTLEMAN’S GAME AND WE INTEND TO MAINTAIN IT AS SUCH.
Rules of the Game
a. Only FATAL HITS shall be considered as hit. FATAL HITS include the HEAD, CHEST, and STOMACH. Extremities are considered as NON- FATAL HITS. Players can still fire back if hit at extremities but discouraged to manoeuvre.
b. Ricochet is NOT a hit.
c. 24 hour mask on rule. Players can use any eye protection. During admin time, it is advised to use shades, goggles, ballistic eyewear.
d. Two Magazines ( 300 rds/mag) maximum for every mission
e. Systematic REGEN SCHEME shall be implemented. Each player shall be given playing tags (plastic cuffs) for identification/ countersign, once hit, the player should report to the lane umpire and have his tag retrieved. He shall be given another tag before proceeding back to the encounter area.
f. Knife killing is highly encouraged!!!
g. The teams shall strictly adhere to the organizational structure of a rifle company and platoon organization as shown below
h. NO TIME OUT FOR EVERY SCENARIO, ALL SCENARIOS ARE TO BE EXECUTED CONTINUOUSLY, ADMIN TIME WILL BE GIVEN

Leave one (1) squad in your TPB for camp defense for any eventualities

The persistence of the enemy in gaining foothold in the area had prompted your harassment last night futile. Initial information states that a number of government forces were observed to have established base within the vicinity. Your mission is to verify this information and disrupt their operation by conducting COMBAT PATROL at vic Army Detachment and vic Demo Mines NLT 05 1700H DEC 08. Additional Requirement: picture of at least one (1) mine cavern.

The enemy force you have encountered are said to have harboured within the area. You are tasked to assemble a strike force of two (2) squads and an extra (1) fire team to conduct DELIBERATE ATTACK, leaving one (1) fire team behind to secure the camp. Your task is to fix and destroy this threat. One local militia has volunteered to act as guide. Prior to hitting your objective, you are to pick-up the guide named Uncle Bobo at vicinity ROPE COURSE. He shall be posing as a civilian with a red tag on his left arm. CHALLENGE: Maraming Puno REPLY: madulas ang daan. You must be able to reach and locate the enemy at all cost NLT 06 0700H DEC 2008.

Our excellent “PASA BILIS” has provided us of A1 information of an approaching large government force and an impending attack towards your position. You are tasked to fortify your position for an imminent attack between 06 0500H-0700H DEC 2008. Your mission is to conduct CAMP DEFENSE. HOLD POSITION AT ALL COST. Expect the worst. No reinforcement shall be available due to unexpected circumstances.

After that successful attack, intelligence gathered states that the enemy retreated and decided to consolidate and establish A temporary base at Vic LOAKAN AIRPORT. Your unit had handled that Meeting Engagement with our enemy with such audacity. The enemy had finally decided to retreat towards vic Signal Hill carrying their wounded. They plan to CASEVAC their wounded on top vic Signal Hill. Now to finally end their existence, your next mission is to conduct Harassment and Interdiction at vicinity Signal hill- post engineer complex NLT 06 1300H Dec 2008 to prevent them from successfully evacuating their wounded.

CASEVAC your wounded at vic Signal Hill NLT 06 1300H Dec 2008. You will be picked up by an M35 truck once you reached the top of the hill. Additional requirements: 2 members of the platoon are wounded critically, which means carry them in a LITTER, perform Tactical Combat Casualty Care before going to the evacuation point. After extracting your Casualties, you are further tasked to proceed back to army detachment NLT 06 1700H Dec 2008.

The Calabanian forces was successful in extracting their casualties at signal Hill, sightings of enemy movement became apparent at Vicinity Army Detachment. Your unit is tasked to conduct a deliberate raid of enemy base camp situated at Vicinity Army detachment NLT 06 1800H Dec 2008.
