The BAG Christmas Party

1. We have to set date that is amenable to all.....
2. Venue
3. Commitees
a. Food
b. Solicitations
c. Venue (eq: decorations, set up buffet tables, tarps)
d. Games
e. Pack - up (collection and disposal of trash etc)

We should start organizing as early as now....

venue suggestions:

1. John Hay Picnic Grounds (near the historical trail)

2. Igorot Park near country club and john hay gate


still thinking of other places

mga sir/s pagnaset na ung place and date.. suggest ko kung gusto niyo kung feasible ung my band.. we can play some songs meron rin yta mga BAG na nagbabanda tulad nila emcee.

Maybe we can have a number or two kung may production... hehehe! naks!

as i observe mukhang mas maganda nga may band. so if there is a band dapat sa close doors tayo.maganda dinner po.

I suggest rent natin either, Saint vincent Gym, covered courts or YMCA gym, then we can set up a small CQB type playing area (complete with tires, panels etc.) for 4 vs 4 games then after that, we have the party.

There is a new water park and resort at Irisan. It has all the amenities we need. Spacious grounds, sitting and dining area, swimming pool (for those who would brave the weather) complete with two storey water slide....and most importantly mountains around for playing airsoft..

As suggested by sir Zuljin. Commitees for the BAG christmas party is open to all volunteers.

Any suggestions for the date and venue are open.


Any suggestions for activities and games for the event are open too.
