naglalaro naba si sir alex ng wednesday?never kung nakita naglaro un ng wednesday kasi diba laging may work...sa dami ng naglalaro grupo ng wednesday sa CAMP 7(kung dun man nangyari ha.) 4-5 ata ang kilala kung alex...kasi wala ako tagaentertain ng newbie heheheee...ssir satan kung newbie ka...the best thing to do kahit san ka magpunta na team u have to introduce yourself para maalalayan ka...i was once a newbie kahit ngaun i treat myself as newbie pero una kung ginawa nagpakilala ako sa mga BAC players pa noon...unang araw palang marami kana makikilala...if ur reading this thread alam mo na gagawin mo pagnaglaro ka ulit hehehee...see yah...and before ka mgjudge alamin mo muna na ang daming jokers sa BAG mga komedyante at mga baliw kung magpatawa, kaya kung di mo nagets ang biro nila tsk tsk tsk.....pero pagnakilala mo sila pati ikaw mababaliw at magiging komedyante...

When I was a newbie, I never dreamed of veterans to entertain me (di ako primadona). What I did was to focus on the game and earn some shots (that's how I enjoyed airsoft). 4-5 games and that's the time I befriended and introduced myself. Newbies will be newbies and veterans will be veterans, we are there to enjoy the game and not focus on our egos and call attention to ourselves. BAG members are very approachable (sumilip lang ako sa isang game ininvite na nila ako maglaro with happy faces).

Relax, don't make airsoft as a career.

Bakit! newbies lang ba ang may karapatan mahiya infront of veterans? Did you stop and think that veterans can be shy too... so please, be open and just enjoy the company. Negativism is not always the way to handle things. Be positive and may it serve as a challenge for you to develop your skills and earn the respect of other players.

So if you need a guide for a game, just look for me ( I may not be a veteran but one day I will be).

BTT: When Sir Alex sort of took me under his wing he wasn't the type of person you described. I was an absolute "noob" back then and he was kind enough to show me the ropes by telling me to be his wingman in the field. I learned a lot from that and I made it a point to pass on the things I learned to those who are new to airsoft (just like me way back then). I must say that reactions like yours are unavoidable as every person is different, but I or rather WE take comfort in the fact that we can't please everyone who joins our group. The next time you play with BAG just try to keep an open mind and try to focus on the positive things you see, don't let anything negative bother you or ruin your gameday. Like what we all say, "just play the game". If you have anymore rational comments, good or bad, please do not hesitate to open up to the group. If you feel uneasy opening up publicly in our gamesites or this website you can PM me, any other moderator, or our administrators. I hope this message finds you in better spirits than when you posted your first message.


PS: Sir Zuljin is right, I must say I find your choice of callsign rather disturbing. I hope it's not too much to ask if you could change it. Thanks.

Naalala ko nung newbie pa ako sa kinabibilangan (ibang team) namin dati that time, hindi ko naranasang makaranas na nagyabang sila sa akin including sir alex. Naging inspirasyon ko pa ang mga veterans sa paglalaro ng airsoft at wala akong naaalala na nagpakita sila sa akin ng mga negatibo.


Mas mainam kong kalimutan mo ang mga negatibo. Tandaan mo si Sir 0-9 andyan yan. Bakit si sir 0-9? dahil pagdating sa hapon ayan ang inuman masayang kasama ang mga yan.

Kalimutan mo na lang yang mga negatibong nakukuha't nakikita mo sa amin. Baka balang araw eh sabihin mo sa sarili mo maganda't masarap pala silang kasama, may kasamang inuman pa ^^

Mr. Satan,

My experience at BAG was the total opposite of yours and quite frankly if I didn't know better I'd say we weren't talking of the same BAG. Let me start by saying the world does not owe you anything and you shape your own experience.

It seems your particularly offended by Sir Alex, if I'm right, the person that you're referring to is a gentleman (to his family and to other BAG members) and I think that it is befitting to point out that I have always looked up to Sir Alex and I think you might be pointing your finger at the wrong person.

If there are any concerns about the environment of the group I think that it would be best that if it was aired when the "accused" had the chance to defend their side. It would be better to air your concerns during our meetings instead of hiding behind the computer and throwing accusations against the group.

Sorry now ko lang nabasa itong post. Di ko kasi binubuksan itong thread dahil sa title na "Satan Issue". Anyway, isa sa mga objectives namin ay to welcome all players. Newbies or veterans from other teams or independent players are all welcome to us.

Kaya lumalaki ang BAG at lalong dumarami ang members is because most of them feel very welcomed here. Dito daw nila feel na asikaso sila at walang nararamdaman na pagka-out-of-place (this is according to the many newbies I interviewed). Siempre hindi naman 100% na masatisfy namin lahat. Meron din naman na iba siguro pagkaintindi sa mga ginagawa namin. Meron kaming biruan na maaring kayabangan ang dating sa iba pero sa amin ay pamamaraan lang ng pagbibiruan para mas feel mong kasama ka.

Maraming salamat pa rin sa pagsabi mo na na-experience mo at tulad ng sabi ng iba naming kasamahan, we will try to do better. Sana subukan mo pa rin makilaro sa amin at obserbahan mo kami. Huwag kang mag-alala kahit magpakilala ka, walang "misyonan" dito sa BAG. Ipinagbabawal iyan sa amin maging sa newbie or sa veteran.


Halimbawa ng isang satisfied player from California USA na nag-PM sa akin today.

wow pang international na din ah heheheee...kami dito sa BAG nagtutulungan kami support lalo na pagmay nmmtayan , nagkakasakit nahhospital minsan kahit hindi pa kagrupo meron kaming game for a cause kaya sir sdatan join na wag mahiya cgro nagkamali ka lng pero mllman mo rin un pagnaglaro ka ulit...chow!!
