OT Suggestion

To all Registered users, Moderators and Admin

We started this thread so as to have a means of free communication and interface with each other and to the whole airsoft community. There may be times when some of us are out of topic (OT) but this is one way of putting more life to our site. It gives more excitement and fun. Openning a new topic to place our OT issues is not only time consuming it is also inhibits us from responding immediately to issues we just viewed.

Don't tell me that you are not excited to see the reply of others to your comments even if it was OT.

I suggest that OT be allowed except on the ff:
News and Annoucement and Introduce Yourself Section.

P.S. This is just my opinion. You are free to suggest or contradict this. Criticisms are always welcomed.

do not be TOO ARROGANT when posting a reply or a new topic. the use of friendly, kind, and mild words is encouraged....in short, chose appropriate words

OT is considered SPAM when it is double post or 3ple post OT and YOU AS A USER HAVE THE RIGHT TO DELETE OR EDIT YOUR OWN POST AND DONT TELL OTHER PEOPLE TO DELETE THE ONE YOU POST,DONT BE TOO LAZY BECAUSE WE MAINTAIN THIS WEBSITE AND THERE ARE MODERATORS ALSO WHO POLICE THIS WEBSITE CLEANING WATCHING EVERY POST... and spam squad is already distabilized...

sir, maybe you should abide by what you say too, dont you think embedding music in your posts is unprofessional too? dont you think that too is annoying?... if you're thinking i just dont dig that genre of music, you are right.... not all persons who visit this forum are in your age group. maybe you should be considerate of that too...

-being an admin and mods in different websites is quiet hard, mas matrabho nga tong website natin kaysa threads natin sa ibang website eh...eh dito may pasaway..as in pasaway talaga
*do you know why the head admin do not touch or police this website?because he relies on mods..and by that time we were the mods,we do our duty as mods,and ngayong wala na sya for personall matters...now we are the admin and at the same time we maintain and police this website...

*now about the TOO LARGE SIGNATURE PLS,YOU CAN ACTUALLY REEDIT YOUR SIGS,similar to sir tootsy's sigs

*MINIMIZE OT's AND ALWAYS STICK TO THE TOPIC OF THE THREAD,NO MODS ARE WORKING RIGHT NOW...AND ADMINS ARE THE ONE's POLICING THE WEBSITE

Mga sirs,
Before we all post anything...sana lets read the thread before we start typing and understand the purpose para we don't accidentally go off topic because I believe none of us intend to actually go off topic...simple lang so that the mods and admin dont get a headache from all of us right??

By the way that this thread sounds, I think that everyone is entitled to their opinion and despite the excellent job that the admins and mods are doing in our site (obviously ang ganda and active ng site natin) there will always be critics and these people make us better and grow....kkk..patience lang po...kk

For OT suggestions/comments, just be descreet about it, everything can be resolved in a diplomatic and mature manner. Sometimes di din talaga maiwasan yan , wag lang sosobra,

that is why...if there is going to be a an AWARD FOR THE MOST ACTICE AIRSOFT WEBSITE , locally....i think we will be the hands-up choice for the award




with or without......OT.....and we have been sustaining it for a year or so

Funny as it may seem mga sirs and ma'ams, if we look at it tama si PPD, when there is one OT, baka di sinasadya, if there are two, it seems like it's straying away from the topic, three may be misleading as where the direction of the thread is going.

On the other hand, sir NavySeal has a point some OT posts can lead to other topics and that somewhat makes our site unique from other sites since it doesnt take things too seriously. Admit it, the OT or side comments do make the site fun and spontaneous and that reflects the BAG spirit.

D ko alam yan, BS agribus graduate ako at gumagamit lang ng BAG site.....

In my point of view, we are all pointless.... We need to have a constitution, a by-aws, and a memoirs.... para lahat ng pinag uusapan kahit regarding sa website management, game site, organization, etc.... lahat dapat yan nakasulat. at formal na nakasulat..

lahat tayo nagsasalita dito, lahat may suggestion pero mag implementation na at kung sino ang gagawa.... nawawala na tayo..

Kasi nga wala tayo laws, rule and regulations, and official book of records na kung saan dapat dun nakasulat ang minutes of meeting....

wala tayong konkretong batayan kung ano talaga ang tama.... KASI WALA NAMAN TAYO NAKASULAT NA MGA POLICIES... Ang laki laki nating grupo pero we are in state of anarchy dahil wala tayong batas?

Ladies/ Gentlemen, tulungan nyo kong gumawa ng constitution natin para maisaayos na ito...
