| An Airsofter There is discipline in an Airsofter you can see it when he walks.. There is honor in an Airsofter you hear it when he talks.. There is courage in an Airsofter you can see it in his eyes.. There is loyalty in an Airsofter that he will not compromise.. There is honesty in an Airsofter that makes him stand apart.. There is strength in an Airsofter that beats from his heart.. an Airsofter is always an Airsofter even while he sleeps.

| RULES for AN AIRSOFTER
Remember Pvt. Murphys laws:
Friendly fire - isn't. You are not Superman! If it's stupid but it works, it isn't stupid. The enemy diversion you're ignoring is their main attack. The enemy invariably attacks on two occasions: when they're ready & when you're not. There is no such thing as a perfect plan. A retreating enemy is probably just falling back and regrouping. The important things are always simple; the simple are always hard. The easy way is always mined. Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy other people to shoot at. Never draw fire; it irritates everyone around you. If you are short of everything but the enemy, you are in the combat zone. When you have secured the area, make sure the enemy knows it too. Incoming fire has the right of way. No combat ready unit has ever passed inspection. No inspection ready unit has ever passed combat. If the enemy is in range, so are you! The only thing more accurate than incoming enemy fire is incoming friendly fire. Anything you do can get you killed, including nothing. Make it too tough for the enemy to get in, and you won't be able to get out. Professional soldiers are predictable; the world is full of dangerous amateurs. Military Intelligence is a contradiction. Fortify your front; you'll get your rear shot up. The Cavalry doesn't always come to the rescue. Sniper's motto: reach out and touch someone. When in doubt, empty your magazine. The side with the simplest uniforms wins. If you can keep your head while those around you are losing theirs, you may have misjudged the situation. Whenever you lose contact with the enemy, look behind you. The most dangerous thing in the combat zone is an officer with a map. There is nothing more satisfying than having someone take a shot at you, and miss

| "Sniper's motto: reach out and touch someone." means that snipers in airsoft games are usually not used to deflate advancing troops but are more useful as ambush snipers..at least that's what I've read. According to veterans, airsoft snipers will do much more damage if they are able to sneak up on people and do knife kills..that's a test of how good a sniper he is. Also, it hints that snipers should have the patience to wait for their targets to be not only within range but have a greater than 50% chance of being killed. Small target, small chances. If you've read my post on Interdiction Riflemen you'll also see that snipers can be used to interdict and in psychological warfare as well..;)
BTW: In the military, they say that a an average marksman can shoot and hit a ten-cent coin 30 meters away 80% of the time...while common foot soldiers can shoot the same coin 10 meters away only 30% of the time...unbelievable! That's how great snipers are.
