1st Baguio Airsoft Friendship GAme Meeting

eto mga napag usapan nung emergency meeting nung MONDAY MARCH 10 2008 (pasencya na medyo magulo kasi first time magsulat ni official nalilito daw cya sa dami ng suggestions)

1. Mission Name: OPERATION BLACK SATURDAY

2. Groups who wishes/want to join the Friendship Cup will have to confirm until March 19 2008.

3.Registration will be on the same day of the event, from 8 am to 11 am, enough time for other teams from outside baguio to register or humabol pa.

4. Lunch break starts at 11 and game starts at 12 to __. Time should be strictly implemented para di tau magahol.

5. 3 scenarios in 1 game, capture the flag, rescue the VIP, _______ with unlimited regen. Scenarios are still open for suggestions and subject to change... Kaya ung may mga idea lumapit lang pls kay sir doddie ASAP pero pag wala we will continue kung anu ang meron.

6. GAME SITE: CJH
TEAM A starts at Scout hill
TEAM B starts at VOA OMG!!! very big noh!

7. This will be a non scoring game because this is a friendship cup not a competition.

8. FRIENDSHIP GAME will be composed of 2 teams only and one team will be composed of different groups which will be randomly chosen... (PARANG SA FAS UNG NORTH VERSUS SOUTH)

- FPS LIMIT WILL BE 450 and 550 at .2 for the snipers. random check will be done. anyone caught cheating will not be warned paaalsin nalang po sa site immediately.

LOGISTICS

1.FOODS- c/o joey's grill

2.H2O- c/o sir tej kahit may libre pa daw na ligo pagdating ng alas 5 pero ice cold daw ha.

3. FLAGS FOR THE SCENARIO- c/o kadafi 9 colors (8 ft in ht. 2x3 ung flag) and 2 colors for the base camp flags

4. BASE CAMP TENT- 2 parachutes from sir eric (pogs) 2 roll platic twine
- subtents- rent

5. Toiletry- provided by John Hay

6. Bamboo- 8 ft in height, 9 pcs for the scenario flags. 10 ft for the base camp flags- c/o of pogs

7. First aid- Joey Bello of John Hay.

8. Chronometer and magazines to be used during chrono- BAG and SIR JOEY

9.Full Proof BAG sticker- Sir dods

10. MAP with Scale and colored flags- google earth and joey bello

11. plastic straw twine as boundaries but If Smart will be able to donate banderitas for the boundaries mas maganda!!!!!

12. TrASH CANs- CJH

13. TOKENS- t-shirts for individuals and certificates for the group who joined.

14. T-shirt design- c/o sir grey

15. mission, objectives, briefing schedule of activities, churva churvalo c/o sir dods.

16. Media- CJH imajayn media?totoo kaya ito hmmm...

17. Invitations- c/o Dimespine and NAvyseal33

18. TAbles- c/o CJH

19. Transportation from neutral to base- c/o TEJ,alex, and xworly kung meron pang iba pls volunteer na...

20.ARM BANDS- 2 inch ribbon cloth strips tied and stapled on the uniform
- stapler c/o kadafi and sir joey and staple wires (pogs)
- cutting of ribbons c/o joey and the guerilla dolls
- yellow and red

21. snack stubs for the lunch will be given- joey's grill

22. BAG will print 150 t shirts initially for the souvenir.

23. SMART request - tents, sound systems banderitas(5 boxes)

24. Smoking areas will be designated (wala naman si footlong para magsunog)

25. Police Coordination c/o sir dods

26. Sound System- provided by smart... (sir pano kung wala and smart wala pa back up plan for this)

27. Every player will bring their own white big hankerchief for "hit" players

28. Pwede tayo mag night game kasi full moon un.. (Tentative)

29. Charging station, Battery rentals w/ deposit

30. Waver with parents consent if possible bring ur parent or guardian if present. Waiver c/o of slayer

31.Everyone is required to wear full faced mask. Accidents during the game related to not wearing the proper protection (nasa player na un its not our liability)

34 REGISTRATION is 300 inclusive of lunch water and meryenda and game fee for john hay.

EVERY BAG MEMBER IS REQUIRED TO BE A MARSHALL OR TUMULONG TAYO SA MGA COMMITTEE. DITO NATIN MAKIKITA ANG UNITY NG BAG SO PLS TULONG TULONG TAYO. HAWAK NATIN ANG NAME NG BAG SA FRIENDSHIP GAME NA ITO SO WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM A GOOD IMPRESSION TO HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION...2 weeks to prepare

nakita ko na nga site nila ang gulo nga eh. Titignan ko sana yung mga groups tapos yung sa atin puro mga new team ang nakalagay hinahanap ko yung old teams di ko makita. ano ba yan?
